MyVocationAi is a vocational discovery platform built specifically for K-12 schools. We combine science-based assessment (RIASEC + Gardner Multiple Intelligences) with a personalized AI Career Coach to help students discover paths that match who they really are.

Our mission

Make vocational guidance accessible, scientific, and personalized for every K-12 student — without replacing human counselors but amplifying their reach. The Career Coach helps each student explore options at their own pace; the counselor focuses on humans who actually need a human.

How it works

1. Student takes a ~15min text-based vocational test (no multiple choice — natural conversation).
2. AI extracts vocational signals (curiosity, patience, creativity) and discards literal content.
3. System generates RIASEC + Gardner profile + top 5 career matches with explanation.
4. Career Coach (AI) is available for follow-up questions whenever the student wants.
5. School counselor sees an attention inbox prioritizing students who really need 1-on-1 time.

Privacy by architecture

We designed MyVocationAi from day one so that AI models NEVER see your real identity. Sanitizer runs before any LLM call: real name → "Student X", real school → "School Y", etc. We call this D-arch-23 Privacy by Architecture.
