1. About the service

MyVocationAi is a K-12 vocational discovery platform combining a science-based vocational test (RIASEC + Gardner) with an AI assistant called Career Coach. Available to contracted schools (white-label) and authorized users.

2. Who can use

K-12 students with parental consent (COPPA/LGPD), adults who accept the Terms, and school staff designated by contract. Registration is done by the contracting school.

3. Minor consent

For students under 18, we require explicit parental/legal guardian consent before use. Consent can be revoked anytime via the school counselor or contato@myvocationai.com.

4. Data collection and use

We collect only data strictly necessary for the service: vocational test answers, RIASEC/Gardner profile, Career Coach conversations, registration data. Data is de-identified before any AI model training (D-arch-23 Privacy by Architecture). Details in the Privacy Policy.

5. Career Coach (AI)

Career Coach is an AI-based guidance tool (Anthropic Claude). Does not replace professional, psychological, or medical guidance. Does not decide for the student — only offers information and perspectives.

6. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use. Staff users (counselor/director) may require multi-factor authentication.

7. Acceptable use

Prohibited: attempting to access third-party accounts; using the platform outside vocational scope; security breaking; copying/redistributing MyVocationAi content; using the service in violation of local laws.

8. Limitation of liability

MyVocationAi strives to provide accurate information but does not guarantee specific results. Career is a personal process; our platform is a support tool, not a substitute counselor. Educational and professional decisions remain user/guardian responsibility.

9. Intellectual property

The platform, code, design, and Career Coach-generated content are MyVocationAi property. The vocational report generated for you is yours — you can export and share freely.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Significant changes will be communicated 30 days in advance via email. Continued use after that period means acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

The contracting school can terminate your account anytime. You can request data deletion via /account/privacy (LGPD Art. 18 / GDPR Art. 17). After termination, data is preserved 5 years (audit) then deleted.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. Forum: São Paulo, SP. For non-Brazilian users, local laws apply where more protective (e.g., COPPA in US, GDPR in EU).
